Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina for any dispute that is not resolved informally, and each of us waives any objection to venue in those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
